Sesshin with Master Michel Tai Hei from July 8th to 17th in the Zen temple of Kosen Shin Ji in Havana (Cuba). Michel Tai Hei received the Shiho from the hands of Master Barbará Kosen in 2018 and is the highest responsible for the development of Zen practice in Cuba.
Schedule:
Day 8: Arrival and Zazen.
Day 9: Preparation.
Days 10 and 11: Sesshin.
Day 12: Rest.
Day 13: Preparation.
Days 14 and 15: Sesshin.
Day 16: Sesshin in the morning and afternoon ordinations.
Day 17: Zazen and closing.
Arrivals and departures, taking into account that the temple is not far from the airport, can be flexible in relation to flights.
