1. Annual fee renewal and new registrations of members.
2. Election or renewal of the Board of Directors.
3. Treasury statement: annual accounts.
4. Revision of ongoing projects, new projects (Samu) and general assessment.
5. Review of historical events of the Sangha.
6. Approval of the new digital membership card.
