During zazen we return to the sanctuary of the body. Its immobility and the fact of being complete, everything is present.
The whole body is sitting. The two eyes are sitting, the two thumbs are sitting, the breathing with the belly is sitting; The calm mind is sitting.

Taking advantage of the holidays of All Saints, during the 1st to the 5th of November the Sangha of Barbara Kosen meets in Shorin-ji to practice samu together with an intensive rhythm of zazen.
The arrival will be on Tuesday, October 31 in the afternoon. You can participate in individual days.
Samu is the practice of work necessary for the community, that is performed in the same state body-mind as when we practice zazen.
Price: 15 € / day or 70 € the full event.
No experience is required, anyone who wishes to participate is welcome, but it is necessary to do so as a member of the Taisen Deshimaru Zen Association, by registering your personal data and paying the annual fee: 20 euros that can be done in Shorin-ji during the stay.
