Daichi did not receive the formal Shiho from his master, Keizan, but was certified by a former disciple of his, Meiho Sotetsu. This poem is about an intimate encounter with Master Keizan. The same thing happened to me, my intimate master, my satori master is Taisen Deshimaru, but I received the transmission from his disciple Kosen Thibaut. Nevertheless, Taisen Deshimaru was and is my eternal master.

Sesshin, on the 12th and 13th of October at Shorinji, Zen temple in the forest of awakening.
You arrive at the temple on 11 October in the evening before 21:00.
To practice a Sesshin is to deepen the observation and study of oneself through the posture of zazen; through repetition in the daily actions of the temple through the samu (work); all this in a privileged environment protected by the practice itself, located in the middle of nature and guarded by great mountains. In this way we can drop our old ideas like autumn leaves, revealing our true nature, our authentic self, here and now.
