ABOUT THE GETSUKO DOJO:
Master Gema Kyuho has practiced Zen since 1996 as a disciple of Master Barbara Kosen, founder in Spain of the Taisen Deshimaru Zen Association and the Shorin-Ji temple in the Sierra de Gredos, from whom she received the transmission of the Dharma in 2023. Later, she opens the Getsuko Dojo in Granada to continue the practice and transmit zazen (Zen meditation).
ABOUT THE ACTIVITY:
– Talk on the origin and foundations of the Soto Zen school.
– Presentation of the basics of practicing zazen (Zen meditation).
– Practical zazen session.
– Questions and comments around a tea and a small aperitif.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
– Bring comfortable clothes.
