SESSHIN IN THE NORTH 2020 – CANCELED

If circumstances allow, on May 30 and 31, the 2020 Sesshin in the North of Spain will take place, a meeting for intensive practice of zazen under the direction of Master Barbara Kosen.

We will retake the normal condition by deepening the practice of zazen and samu. We will return to practicing together a mind that clings to nothing and remains virtuous, vigilant of poisons.

We will cook and wash our bowls; will share the guen-mai (soup of brown rice and vegetables traditional in Zen temples). The diet, almost exclusively vegetarian, will be simple and nutritious, most suitable for Zen practice.
